The whole process was simple and quickly done. I applied by an employee referral and got interview notice in 3-5 days. After a 30-40 minutes skill test, two engieers came and the interview began. Basically a walkthrough of my CV like my projects, my published papers, which took about 40 minutes. Then I took the initiative and showed them a demo of one of my project which was quite related to the position I applied. The interviewers were quite satisfied with me and when I took the offer in the following week, they became my teammates since then.
