My recruiter got me interview at ArangoDB. Took them couple of months to schedule initial screen with HR. That was followed by interview with CEO, followed by interview with Head of Sales in North America. Then silence. I sent thank you notes and offered to provide additional information to help make their decision on hiring. No response back. Not sure what went wrong, but it would have been nice for them to formally close the loop by providing feedback on rejection or acceptance.
