After making contact with an employee through a university connection I initially had a brief phone call which set up an interview appointment and provided the relevant details. The interview was brief and to the point given the relatively junior level of the role. Most questions were fairly informal and aimed at determining suitability and job-fit criteria. All up, it was around 40minutes long.
