Have a 2-day technical test with Aquariux through ScienTech consulting agency. Received a message to inform you that you did not pass the test even though I have met all the requirements. No reason was given upon follow up. Not recommended, waste of time.

From what I understand, there are 3rd rounds in the interview process. The 1st round involves a two-day take-home assignment. The 2nd round consists of a technical review of the assignment. Lastly, the 3rd round involves meeting with management. Unfortunately, I didn't progress to the third round. The reason provided seems quite amusing. If the company specifically requires candidates with domain knowledge in payment within trading and some specific technology, why waste time conducting interviews without filtering candidates based on this requirement from the beginning? The process took over 3 weeks from the first stage to receiving the outcome of the second stage. It could have been more efficient to filter candidates based on this requirement before proceeding to interviews, especially if it's not mentioned in their resumes.
