I had casual chats over coffee with the CEO and Engineering Manager, followed by a brief onsite interview to meet the rest of the team. All in all it was pretty relaxed, and helped me learn more about the company and the people!

Phone screen about background 5 hours of onsite about various skill level tests - DS & Algo - System Design - Programming basics - Coding standards They won't send a rejection email, so I eventually took that as a rejection.
