Experienced hire. Interviews fairly standard for consulting, but tailored to their area of expertise which is Cleantech. Helps to know a bit of background knowledge on the industry as this will put you at ease during the case study part.
Very friendly people, really got a good impression of their culture and their ways of working.

Entretien
Initial phone call, followed by technical interview and MBB style case study. Topics included my background, some situational STAR style questions. The Case Study was MBB Style, with an interview, questions, small parts of back-of-envelope calculations and a summary.
