The process was far from ideal. The recruiter was very nice, however the hiring team didn’t know what they actually wanted and the whole process dragged for 5 months. Being held in the process for so long put a lot of pressure. I’ve been told they I’m a very good match for them to be rejected because they didn’t have enough candidates at the later stages of interview.

Everyone was really nice and professional. First I made an online application. Then a short call with HR. Then a call with the team's manager. I do not have experience with some software they required experience with, so they moved forward with a different candidate. It was a bit weird they interviewed me in the first place because I told them I had no experience with that software, but honestly, they were very nice so I do not regret doing the interview at all.
