The Talent Acquisition Lead for APAC who conducted the interview does not know how to assess based on competencies. This may limit the growth of the company as he cannot see through the candidate's competencies and potential. Questions are very simple and he cannot do any probing. Communication style is also not fluent.

Entretien
I had a good experience interviewing at Appsflyer. However, I found the process to be long process, which I found a bit much and not necessary. Overall, I do recommend applying as I heard great things about the company.
