The process was extremely well organised and well aligned with the job scope/level. It was a combination of interviews with hiring manager, HR, executive stakeholder and various other leaders across the business as well as a presentation with multiple case studies. The presentation session was highly interactive filled with a lot of open discussion and dialogue.
I especially enjoyed the interactive and face to face nature of the process, very few interactions were conducting over zoom. It really helped to get first hand insight into the company culture, how people interact with each other and the overall feel of the office.
