Applied online and got a request for a phone interview. The recruiter SB(inital) never made me feel so horrible. Diminished my accomplishments, said she was only doing audio-only because is on her personal phone and not doing video, didn't read my resume, and more. She asked me about myself and said UGH stop talking so fast I am trying to type. I emailed and said thanks for your time but please withdraw my application because if the company has you representing them then I dont want to be apart of it.

Very sexist company. They will treat the men differently in interviews than the women. There is one manager higher up you have to interview with who is so dumb and disrespectful that I can’t even believe the company would have him in that role. It says a lot about the company. They will put you through at least 4 interviews with one of them being 3 hours with role plays and they will beat the crap out of you in this interview. It is so bad that you will want to walk out. The poor recruiter for that company has an uphill battle with dealing with horribly management. Then the worst is the ghosting. Terrible company. Terrible management and low pay. Not worth it.

The internal recruiter/HR was the best! She was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. She kept me updated on the process the whole way. The process was quick. Took the wonderlic test and then phone interviewed with hiring manager. I didn't get the offer but was very impressed by the HR person! She did let me know the result over the phone instead of an auto rejection email. The hiring manager didn't have a set of questions, he said this is just a screening call and so I felt like I didn't really get to present myself.
