It was a long process but easy interview. First HR interview was in August/September, then they forgot about me. Contacted me for a second round in December. Finally after two more rounds of interviews for hired in January/February.

The process took almost 2 months. Initial call was with HR. Followed by 3 rounds with the team and background check. They made me wait for almost a month to say NO

It's a panel interview. I had four people interviewers including the hiring manager. They are pretty nice and friendly. Questions are standard. Applied Medical has a beautiful campus at Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
