Coding test - Simple problem solving and some questions related to embedded field.
Technical round - Basic C++ and OS concepts. One simple design question.
Director round - No technical, just briefing about company and work.
HR - casual discussion and salary negotiation. But there's not much room in salary negotiation because in CSS department they hire to maintain the head count.

But, the company is not worth joining in the CSS department as they don't have good work and also expectations in the job interview are low.
