Recruitment process is fragmented. HR coordination appears to be managed offshore rather than by the local hiring team, which creates a communication gap that candidates can feel. After progressing through multiple interview rounds which took several weeks with no proactive update. It is unclear whether the application progressed or was quietly deprioritised. For a company of this calibre, the candidate experience after the interview stage does not match the quality of the interviews themselves
