Their process seemed pretty good. Recruiter phone screen into technical interview, which would have led into an onsite and then a casual hiring manager chat. Was my first interview since searching this time, so I was shaky on the coding question. The good part is that the recruiter called and gave direct feedback from the notes.

long and had 4 interviews. got through the first 3 the last one was a weird one . was with the firing manager and some other high roller who had worked there for 5 years. which should be long for this company. He had no releavent experience and was rude af. all they asked was why I left my previous companies. I am not sure what they gain from that but it is indicative of the market these days. They no longer try to sell the company. I had looked at the salaries and they are low. It was probably a good thing I did not get the offer.
