J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Applied Aerospace (Stockton, CA) en janv. 2017

Entretien

Over the course of 3 hours I interviewed with my direct supervisor, the director of Marketing, the head of HR, and the president of the company. Each interview bordered on being a presentation of the company rather than a search into me as a professional (job history, education, personality, etc.) I was given a tour of the facility and sent on my way.

Question 1

Nothing was out of the ordinay for this interview except that I felt I had to answer very few questions. The standard questions about where I see myself in 5 years, why I chose the major I did, questions about my university, senior project, previous internships etc. Nothing challenging or surprising. It seemed that the interviewers were trying to sell me on the company.
