J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Applecon (Ann Arbor, MI) en févr. 2015
Entretien
Two rounds. First one was a mixture of behavioral and technical questions - but mainly basic economics questions. Second one had 2 parts. First part was another behavioral and technical, like the first one. And the second part was with other analysts at a coffee shop. This was mainly informal, just to see if i was a good fit for the company, since its a close-knit work culture.

The first interview consisted of mostly basic behavioral questions by 3 partners. The interviewers seemed uninterested and grouchy but thats only to test you. After about a week I was asked back for a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview consisted of another 3 employees who asked more concept questions regarding economics such as what is the Long Run? What are Economies of Scale?. I had also written an essay for a class that was very related to the work done at the company. They had asked me to submit it before the interview and they questioned me thoroughly on my essay. Again while 1 or 2 interviewers were nice, one tried to look unimpressed as if they were playing the good. Right after the 2nd interview, some of the junior staff took me out to coffee. This was much more relaxed and is a way for them to see how well you interact with others and to ask maybe more personal questions regarding the company and the post-college life style. About 2 weeks later I learned that I hadn't gotten the job.
