Entretien
I had two different interviews, with two different managers. Each interview consisted of a one-on-one questionnaire. Both managers were able to gain perspective on me individually. Once I was interviewed and hired, I began orientation.

Question 1
Many of the questions that they asked me were based on serving the guests and finding out whether or not I could deliver the appropriate service or not. One question I remember is "what would you do if a guest was yelling at you about something that isn't within your job role and may be somebody else's duty?"
Simple and straightforward. The interviewer was very respectful of me and everyone else there. I was asked about my recent experience in managing people and was introduced to the staff. They even made me a shake!

It was minimal just one meeting with the GM. They asked the standard questions. I have management experience but wasn't closed for this one. It's ok I will find something
