The Applebee’s interview is brief and straightforward: apply, meet the manager, discuss availability, prior experience, teamwork, and customer service. Expect simple situational questions, a casual tone, quick decisions, and immediate next-step instructions.
very interesting experience where the interview was done with a very experienced interviewer who also has an interesting interview experience interviewing experienced candidates. These candidates in turn are interested in experienced interviewers while they are themselves very interested interviewees
