Super calm and helpful employees and management to help you through the.process on boarding and training is awesome it's usually a one day event and you train 3 days after the one day of paperwork before they release you to go by yourself

Starting with the application it was a little fishy because they set my interview before I even filled out an application just for the application to be barely existing. They then canceled my interview 2 hours before it started with no ability to reschedule.
Alright overall pretty good but definitely be prepared to conduct yourself in a positive light and don't forget to smile. Standard interview protocols do apply to teenagers as well but you'll be fine if you prepare

Normal process. In person interview, just be yourself and you will get the job if you know what you are doing. Applebees is the best. They want the best of the best servers working for them.
