It was very easy, I just hopped on a zoom call and they asked me basic questions on serving on how I am working with others and if I had any experience.

Entretien
It was what you would expect from an Applebee's interview for a full time chef position. They were making sure that I could keep a clean kitchen, and cook steaks to the temperature that was requested by the customer.
