Walked-in and asked to speak to the manager, received a briggs-type personality test and general ethics test, then had an interview with the GM followed by the job offer.

I walked in to inquire about open positions. They had me fill out an application online. After completing the online application I had 3 separate interviews. The first 2 were with 2 assistant managers and the final one was with the Manager. I was offered the position at the end of the last interview. The entire process was about 3 hours long.
