The interview process was through phone. One of the question he asked was, given 2 UE's, one performs better than the other under same signal conditions. How can this happen?? Rf knowledge on how to find the insertion loss of the cable and what is the loss a function of??.

Very good recruiter and team couple of phone and 8 rounds of 1st day interview . all were Easy except one tough stress interview round .Questions generally were form CA , LTE basics, handover,Rach, TM modes,MiMO Etc.
