J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Apple (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2022
Entretien
4 Stage process. I applied a while back until I luckily looked in my inbox and found out they were interested interviewing me on the first stage.
30 min chat with the regional recruiter. Very nice guy and passionate about the company culture.
Said the right things to him and was offered the 2nd stage which was a Q&A session.
Q&A is pretty simple. Had an oppertunity to ask a few questions.
Week after the Q&A I recieved a email from my local store leader and organised a date for my group interview.
Attended the group interview and the other candinates rejected the date given so it became a 1 on 1 with the store manager which I prefered since from my recollection we had alot in common and goals. Manager didnt come across as a tech guy but a people development manager which I like. Being a dog owner probably helped too since we both said our dogs were our lives.
Finally 3 weeks after I had my final interview with one of the leaders at the store. Felt a bit more scripted however that may be more to do with the leaders management style than the store leader. Might of helped that we both liked combat sports.
Multiple interviews with a phone screening to open the conversation. Expect at least 2 interviews besides the phone screening. Process takes about 2 months for the entire turn around time.
There is a 3 stage interview process. They ask around 4-5 competency based questions in stages 1 and 2. Last stage is with store manager and might be different depending who gets to this round
2 rounds with different managers, story telling style just relax and stay positive. You will be fine don’t worry too much about it okay man?
