Awful experience with interview. I would never recommend Apple. I had to go through the full loop only to be ghosted. Have a courtesy to let the candidate know even if you don't want to move forward. Staying in touch after the loop and then ghosting is not good sign for a company. Advice to recuriters - don't have a goal should just to bring as many number of candidates to attend the loop. They way pursue to rush to attend the loop, have the similar mentality let the candidate know if you are not moving forward.
