Phone interview was quite good, the interviewer was nice and asked clear questions while providing clarity answer. However, in person interview seemed a little unprofessional. The interview was held in the sales area at a tiny table. Interviewer seemed like he was in a rush and wanted to get it over with.

There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
