dopo il primo colloquio individuale che per alcuni avviene anche telefonicamente, colloquio di lavoro standard dove si fanno le “solite” domande. dopo di che ci sono vari step da superare in cui si lavora in squadra,

Straightforward and well-communicated. I had not prepared sufficiently for the interview but would have done more had I known how serious it would be. They did let another interviewee join in on my interview which wasn't great, but we move.
