Recruiter reached out via email to see if I would be interested in the role then had a Phone interview with Recruiter. This was just a quick vetting call. This was followed by an online interview with 2 managers. This was quite an intense interview with a lot of questions, mainly on experience and competencies.
Final stage was an interview with a manager and Senior Manager. Similar type interview, with an emphasis on experience but also where I wanted to be working in the mid to long term.
After about a week I chased recruitment to find out I hadn't been successful which is understandable. Unfortunately, I then spent 2 months chasing them for interview feedback. Finally got told, its not company policy to give feedback. Was pretty annoyed as they had approached me about the role.
Intense take home case study. You had to present in front of a panel. It was very difficult but worked out in the end. Prepare every angle when you do this
