I had a 15 to 20 mins chat with the recruiter, who described what the role was about and what skills they are looking for. Then the recruiter set up a technical interview with a hiring manager for me.
Interviewer was very nice and polite over the phone, and split the time between my past work, questions for me, and giving me time to ask them questions. I heard back immediately from HR for a 2nd round, and never heard back from them after that.

The interviewer came late and asked nonsense. He behaved super unprofessional and eat during the interview process. Finally, he ended the meeting 10 mins earlier. Bad experience and cautious about people related to manufacturing.
