1st Phone Interview with HR Recruiter Then Phone Interview with Hiring Manager. Lasted 30 minutes. First 25 were for him to ask me questions. Last 5 minutes were for me to ask questions. Turned out position was not a fit and I received an email from the HR recruiter a week letter declining.
