I applied online and after two weeks I received a call from a hiring manager who asked fairly simple questions like why do you want to work for Apple. The interviewer also explained the role in a bit more detail. The phone call was in English and lasted about 10 min. That same day I received a linguistic test to be completed in my native language, not English. The test had two questions, one written and the other one oral. I had to write about a time when I felt like I had accomplished something in past jobs. For the oral part, I had to record myself in less than 3 minutes explaining why I wanted to work for Apple. I think this test is mostly to see if you are really fluent in the language stated in the job offer. After two days, another hiring manager reached out by email to schedule an online interview and I also received instructions to do the background check. The interview was relaxed and lasted about 30 min. A few weeks later, I got another phone call confirming I had passed.
