I applied on line and got an invitation to a hiring event a few weeks later. They did a presentation, had us fill out a questionnaire, and had us do some group role play. I was called in for an interview with a store manager a few days later and then was called and told I would hear back within a week. I am still waiting for a final answer - hopefully it will be good news.
