The process started with an online application and a phone screening, followed by a Phase 1 group interview at Apple CentralWorld. There were around 9–10 candidates in the session. The interview focused more on communication, personality, teamwork, customer service mindset, and motivation to work at Apple rather than deep technical product knowledge. The atmosphere was professional but competitive, because everyone had to speak clearly, listen to others, and show how they would represent Apple in front of customers. After the interview, I was told to wait around 1–2 weeks for the result. I reached the later stage of consideration but did not receive an offer.
