The HR called. It took 2 weeks for them to schedule my interviews. I appeared for all 4 rounds, which got completed in another 2 weeks. That's it. After this, they don't bother. I have been following up with the "HR" for any feedback that I might have received. There is not a single reply! Total waste of time. HR should provide a feedback even if it negative, so that candidate could identify his/her weak areas and then improve upon them for the next time.
