First round is a telephone consisting mostly of behavioral and some technical questions followed by a full day interview at their headquarters in Reston. For the full day interview you get a demo of the product in the morning followed by 3/4 hours of interviews with various employees in positions related to your role (supervisor, vp, and a couple people in the role your applying).
