I had a really positive experience throughout the interview process. The team was incredibly professional, approachable and genuinely human at every stage. Everyone I met made me feel respected and valued as a candidate, and communication was always transparent and thoughtful.
The process itself was thorough, with seven interviews across different stakeholders and functions, but every conversation felt meaningful and engaging rather than repetitive. I had the opportunity to meet very smart, experienced and interesting people, and I could clearly see the level of talent and commitment within the organization.
Overall, I truly enjoyed the process and appreciated the time and effort everyone invested. Regardless of the final outcome, it was one of the most positive interview experiences I’ve had, and I sincerely hope our paths cross again in the future.

I had around 6 rounds of interviews, with TA, then with CS representatives from different layers, then VP of partnership and the last one was CRO.
In-between, my Talent Acquisition manager was always getting in contact to make sure everything runs ok and also to provide feedback. Though the process may sound a bit too long, I'm satisfied with how it was handled by TA, I felt fully supported.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Standard questions from TA side (like what was your experience, why did you leave the company). Then with CS department I had more use-case scenarios questions to help them understand how I achieved certain results and goals. They were also asking about my leadership style. The last interview with CRO was more about my family, way of life now, etc.
I recently interviewed with this company, and honestly, it was one of the most uncomfortable interviews I’ve had. From the very beginning, the individual meeting with me seemed disengaged. At one point, they were more focused on pouring and drinking their soda than listening to my answers, which made the whole interaction feel awkward and dismissive.
Within the first 30 seconds, I got the strong impression that they had already made up their mind about me, and the rest of the interview felt like they were just going through the motions. It made it really hard to have a natural conversation or feel like I had a fair chance to share my experience.
Based on how the interview went, even if I had been invited to move forward, I would have declined and asked to be removed from consideration. If that interaction is any reflection of the company’s culture, it’s not a place I’d want to work.
Overall, the experience felt impersonal and discouraging. I hope the company takes steps to ensure candidates are treated with more attention and respect moving forward.
