The interview consisted of 3 1:1. and a final group panel + an take home exercise. The whole process seemed like a way to extract free consulting from candidates. After spending a ton of time on the interview and the analysis of their problems, zero feedback at the end. If you value your time, dont waste it on this interview process.

The interview was easy and in-depth. It involved a 45-minute case prep in the end which was reviewed by 5-7 people from the team. Once the interview was done, they were really quick to get back with an offer.
