It was a detailed conversation with the management team discussing past experience, interests, vision for the company, my personal career expectations and plan, existing skill set, ability and willingness to learn on the job.
How I would differently look at existing products, suggest changes to improve experience as well as a product I would design to solve a basic problem that I saw in my surroundings.
