Difficult and unnecessarily long qualification process. Some projects you apply for and never hear back, some it takes a couple of days. I am typing more words so I can hit my word count.

It was simple and went good and the work is projects base. It suits freelancer job style seekers but it's not enough as a full time job financially wise. Work tasks are usually clear and easy.
