The Recruiter initially told me how “impressive” my background was and gave me great feedback for my presentation and interviews, Only to tell me they chose someone with “direct experience” . Thats fine but

Entretien
The first interview was with the HR team. Before the interview, I asked the recruiter about the topics or themes for the first interview. The recruiter gave me a confusing response, saying there wouldn’t be any specific topics.
As soon as the interview started, the recruiter seemed tired and appeared to not focus on my answers throughout the interview. I’ve had interviews with various companies, but this was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had.
