Started off positive with contact from HR unfortunately thats where it ended as Initial interview was a phone interview. Phoned by a member of staff and the entire interview consisted of asking me to massage his ego as to how amazing the company was and why I wanted to work there. Appreciate you should show interest for the company but the interviewer sadly didnt realise the company needs to reciprocate interest in the candidate.

Why do you want to work for the company was the only question the interviewer seemed able to ask. It must have meant a great deal to him as he asked me the same question about six times.
