First step was a phone interview. Fairly generic walk me through your resume, what interests you in this role, what do you know about the company. Could not really be that good or bad. After a couple weeks, got an email to come onsite and interview. Got scheduled for a 4 hour interview one day. That day, after 2 hours, the recruiting coordinator said they would not be continuing interviewing me because they were looking for someone with different experience. Seems like they should have read my resume if they didn't think my experience was enough.
