Firstly I was approached on LinkedIn regarding the QA Manager position. I let the person who approached me know that I have no managerial experience, and it assured me that is not needed. We scheduled a call for the interview on the following next days. The interview went smoothly, technical questions, so they could know better the experience that I have, it presented me the company and what are they working on, presented me the position as well and the attributions, and the salary, benefits, compensations and everything. I figured out right during the interview that I am not skilled enough for that position, being a more technical position, and I haven't had the knowledge for it. In the next 3 days I received the feedback that I may not be a good fit for the position, but I was not mad, or something like that, because they knew how to handle the situation.
