Maybe the company is a great place to work for... but as the first step to get in, it is disappointed to see that they don't offer a well prepared condition to do a phone call.
Got a call from recruiter, scheduled a phone interview with a senior dev, questions were not difficult, however, it was not a good way to do a phone interview by calling my phone via Skype cuz during my interview, 80% of the time i couldn't even hear what exactly the guy was talking about, he asked me "javascript promise", i asked a couple of times and all i head is "js farms" and all i heard is the guy mumbling sass and less, so i'd like to say the comparison of the preprocessors but then when i asked for the second time to clear it out, it became something like use less...... so i answered the benefit of using preprocessor (to be honest, i still don't know what he asked at the end), things like this happened a lot during the interview. not sure why they are doing it like this...? if you wanna do a tech interview, don't you think you should at least let ppl hear it clear about what you asked?
I believe, yes, ppl are looking for a job but nobody will spam you after the interview, so use a landline to guarantee the call quality first?
