Hi, Thank you for your review and feedback. Our process takes 1 week to 3 weeks. The introduction call is a step that is not included in most interview processes. It is a call that was created for candidates to ask as many questions as they would like about the company and the position. If a candidate do not have any questions prepared, we give a brief overview of the company and position. Then, we explain the hiring process. The internship is not a full-time position, it is a part-time position for mostly students or candidates without professional experience as a Developer. We do offer full-time positions at the salary level. However, we do not have engineering positions, only Jr. iOS and Jr. Android Developer positions which are currently at the average for NY salaries. We appreciate all feedback and will use it to make our overall interview process better.
