I applied online and then a few days later I received a phone call with a brief description of the job. They asked me if it were something I felt I would be interested in and I said yes. We set up a face to face interview for the following week. Went in for the interview and after that they said we would be in touch in a week. Called me back for second interview and offered me a job.
