They responded same day as I applied. Asked about rbt experience, strengths as a person, i have not hear if i got the position or not yet. They also asked about my experience with children and developmental disabilities. Overall, the interview was very standard.

Got an invitation to interview the same day I applied, 12/29/24 within an hour. First round happened 1/3/24 it was short 15 minute zoom interview about what location to work, pay, benefits, why RBT. After that you are sent a Behavioral PI assessment which is taken in two parts. If those are completed to the hiring manager satisfaction you are invited to an in person interview (happened 1/8/24); 1st you tour the building with the different rooms, 2nd sit down interview talking about why you want the job and how you’re a good fit, 3rd you shadow a trainer RBT and get to play hands on with a child. The entire time you are interacting with the children throughout the interview since the RBTs are still teaching. A week afterwards on 1/15/24, got an offer letter via email.
