Utterly miserable experience and total waste of time.
The interviewer admitted that he already had his mind made up to reject me offhand going into the interview. Instead he spent 15 minutes lecturing me on the most absurdly petty nitpicks of my resume and asking asinine questions.
Some of his "concerns" included:
-Why I included both my two year and four year degree
-Why did I include both the year I started and graduated
-Why my first job listed five bullet points but my current job had a mere four
-And finally that the fact that I didn't list Python first in my unordered list of technical skills demonstrated that I wasn't as experienced as I claimed and wouldn't be good enough for the role
I was so astonished that he would waste both our time on this nonsense that I just stared at him slightly open mouthed until I regained enough of my senses to just hang up.
If you're not interested my seeing my resume just say no thanks. I planned to interview for a Python developer role and not face the resume inquisitor.

Question 1
Inane questions and sneering criticism of my resume formatting ability.

Applied on Indeed.com and was contacted by an email to answer a few questions, after responding to the questions I was sent Google Meet invite for the first interview with recruiter.
98% of the time was spent on lecturing and grilling me on a question that I had responded to in the email regarding why am I trying to leave the job, that was sent out with list of questions.
I was told to answer more "politically" which doesn't promote good & open culture. I was also called "bitter" based on my answer to "why am I trying to leave" question. My answer was negligence of HR and Medical Insurance due to which my son couldn't have critical surgery plus overall laziness in the company along with outdated tech stack.
We approximately had 15 mins meeting out of which roughly 13 mins were spent on lecturing me without asking any relevant question.
To my surprise my Resume was not even reviewed otherwise I wouldn't have been asked whether I work with React at my current job in-fact I was asked where do I work right now which is clearly stated in my Resume.
I'm glad I saw the behavior beforehand, otherwise I would have regretted the decision greatly.
