The hr team contacted me from a job portal and checked with availability and expected ctc. Client had taken over the interview. Got selected. But the lead hr that comes into the picture for negotiation is so rude and treats people with no or less respect and try to hire us for the least salary that will be no where near our expectation. Worst part is they are not even aware about the job description they've posted and hiring for.
The thing is they do not have budget but will try to hire candidate out of budget for thier clients amd end up wasting the candidate's time.
Advice to the management- Money or the expectation satisfaction is different and secondary. But if your hr team is going to show faces to candidates in the process and expect them to join you, how would they even trust the team and join the team?
Hr team- Please do not waste any candidates time when you cant afford them. And pls dont show your ego to them. Be aware about the differences between a software engineer and a designer before any designer interview.

,The hiring manager didn't have a vision about the job title and asked me unrelated questions. salaries and benefits not comparable with the competitors. fortunately I didn't get the job so I don’t need to figure out how to handle the team
3 rounds of the process. They screen from the portfolio and then conduct different rounds Techincal round, Assignment, Managerial round, and then HR round. The overall process is good. The portfolio should be updated as per the current market trend.
