I was got shortlisted after the 3 rounds of interview. After that they have taken my Documents for verification and given false promise to giving the offer letter, i was waiting for a 1 month for that, they have literally played with my hopes, and didn't given my offer letter at last. Very disgusting behaviour from there management.

Entretien
Interview with recruiter, a really nice lady, and then with a solution director. The process takes about 2 months and the recruiter was really helpful and friendly throughout the process.

Entretien
I was contacted by the company recruiter via LinkedIn. After I expressed interest in the position, the interview process commenced immediately. I attended 3 rounds of interview. The first was just basic background related discussion with the HR. The second round was a telephonic interview with a management level employee that focussed on my techno functional capabilities. All the questions were scenario based and a smooth sail based on my past experience. The final round was an in person interview with a VP that was just a formality to assess my personality traits.
