Was a phone call, then a face to face interview in the office. The phone call was random and didn't know he would be calling on a Sunday. Then had me come in the next day, it was all very fast. I came in for the interview the next morning and it was 2 men and me. It lasted a little over an hour and then I sat in on a team meeting. After that I got a call from him the next day with the job offer.
